The submission of Manuscripts to us
is generally
by
invitation by us only, and when that invitation is extended, the
the manuscript should be forwarded to us by:
- Mail copy of the project to
us Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, or any one of the
Business Mail Carriers such as FedEx, etc.
- Fax the project to us at the
fax number we provide in the letter of request to submit the copy
- Hand deliver the manuscript
to the office and receive a receipt of delivery.
- Of course, the courageous
author may also send it to us by email, but such submission should
not be considered received until a receipt acknowledgement email has
been received. Where such receipt mail is not received within 24
hours, then we encourage the author to called us to alert us of such
submission.
- In all cases the manuscript
should be:
mailed to the attention of
[The Editor]
Okumaye Publishing Company, Inc

or
emailed directly to
[TheEditor] @ okumaye.com
in which the designation [The Editor] or [TheEditor] is indicative
of the
specific editor for the category of the book genre for which the
author's manuscript belongs.
On receipt of the manuscript we
will make every effort to assign it to our Editors Team beginning
with the proof-readers to check simple errors and then to the editors
for initial review following by an assessment by the entire Editors Team for publishing approval. |
